These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ensominkadesign.com and your dealings with Enso Minka Design, a studio founded by Md Faizan Mulla in Haveri, Karnataka, India.

By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The studio

Enso Minka Design offers interior designing, interior work, exterior designing, exterior work, architect floor plans, and studio courses (including internship certificate, career guidance, and interview training). Details, prices, and batches shown on the Site are for information and may change.

Using the website

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the Site, its ads, or its content.
• Do not copy, republish, or commercially reuse our project images, drawings, text, or video without written permission.

Project images and content

Photographs, videos, drawings, and project descriptions on this Site are original studio work, or are used with permission. They illustrate Enso Minka Design’s practice. All rights in that material remain with the studio unless we say otherwise. You may not use them in your own portfolio, ads, or listings without our written consent.

Design and site work

Pages that describe services, rooms, or past projects are examples of our work. They are not a quote. A project starts only after we discuss scope with you and you accept a written estimate, drawing, or work agreement from the studio. Materials, timelines, and site conditions can change the final result.

Courses and internship

Software classes, studio courses, internship certificates, career guidance, and interview training are offered as described at the time of enrolment. Completing a course or internship does not guarantee a job, a particular salary, or admission to another programme. Fees, seats, and schedules are confirmed by the studio when you enrol.

Advertising

The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and its partners. Ads are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the products, services, or websites those ads promote. How advertising cookies work is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

The Site may link to Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, or other websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content.
